1. Attend the regular Zoom Meetings to meet members LIVE. There will be several Breakout Sessions, as well as opportunities for you to present to the Club members.
2. Complete your online Member Directory listing so when someone has a referral for you they can make the introduction right away.
3. Book 1-1 meetings with Members to establish a referral relationship.

We launched in April 2020 on a mission to help business owners not only find new clients but also earn profit when they make a referral.

We're different in a few ways:

1. You do not have to attend the LIVE Referral Group meetings. Nor do you have to find a substitute if you cannot attend.
2. You are not obligated to give someone a referral if they give you one. Instead, each member rewards another by providing a referral fee. While 10 percent is the common referral fee (hence the name), some members offer more depending on the services they provide.
3. There are no long-term commitments. You simply pay by the month. You can end your membership at any time.
4. We do not force people to belong to one exclusive referral group. Instead, you belong to a large, every growing community. We meet bi-weekly for members to find the right referral partners. You decide who is the best fit for you. As well you can search the Online Member Directory to find referral partners.

We meet the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month (except holidays) from 10 - 11:30 am EST. You will receive an email notice the morning of a meeting with the Zoom meeting link. Some weeks we have a member present their referral program. Other weeks we have member discussions. Always we have several breakout sessions where you meet members and book appointments.

Not to worry. We know you get busy and cannot always attend. You are not required to attend the weekly meetings. And you do not need to find a substitute either.

Join us when it fits your schedule. The more frequent you attend, the more you get to know other members, and ultimately the more referrals you will receive.

First here's why Members pay each other for referred clients.

It eliminates the pressure for anyone to give a referral back directly. Based on experience, rarely do both people feel like there is equal sharing when it comes to referrals.

We've eliminated the pressure to reciprocate a referral with a referral. Instead, all members agree to pay the referrer a finder's fee.

The average amount is 10 percent (hence the name). But we leave that up to both of you to decide.
